By accessing or using Curitas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

Curitas is a provider matching platform. We help patients identify healthcare providers whose care philosophy, logistics, and stated preferences align with their own.

No doctor–patient relationship

Using Curitas does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and any provider listed on the platform.

Match results are based on stated preferences and logistics, not clinical evaluation. Curitas does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations of any kind.

No medical advice

All information provided through Curitas is for informational purposes related to provider matching only. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as medical advice.

You should consult directly with qualified healthcare providers for any medical questions, diagnoses, or treatment decisions.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during intake and account creation.
• Do not misrepresent qualifications, credentials, or licensure (providers).
• Maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.

Provider responsibilities

If you use Curitas as a healthcare provider, you agree to:

• Maintain accurate, current credential and licensure information on your profile.
• Comply with applicable medical licensing requirements in every jurisdiction in which you practice.
• Respond to matched patients in a timely and professional manner.
• Treat patient information shared with you in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curitas is not liable for:

• The quality, timeliness, or outcomes of care provided by any provider matched through the platform.
• Decisions made by users based on matching results, explanations, or any other information presented by the service.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of Curitas.

Curitas is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You can request deletion of your account from your dashboard at any time.

The deletion process is described in our Privacy Policy: a 30-day grace period, after which your patient data is permanently removed (with lead snapshots retained in anonymized form for provider records).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [State TBD — likely Tennessee], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
