Curitas is a provider matching platform that connects patients with healthcare providers based on care preferences and philosophy — not just specialty and zip code. We help you find a provider whose approach actually fits how you want to be cared for.
Your responses go through a four-layer pipeline: a structured intake captures your preferences; hard filters remove providers who can't see you (wrong state, wrong age range, not accepting patients); a weighted scoring engine ranks the rest on philosophy alignment, logistics, and specific preferences; and an AI-assisted explanation translates each score into clear, plain-language reasons. You see the ranked list and the why — never just a number.
Only what we need to match: location, insurance status, care goals, philosophy preferences, treatment-style preferences, and basic contact info. We do not collect medical records, diagnoses, prescription history, or any clinical information. Curitas is not a healthcare provider and does not store protected health information.
You, and only the providers you explicitly choose to share with. Browsing matches does not share your data. When you click “Share with provider,” a snapshot of your preferences and contact info is sent to that provider — and we email you a confirmation every time. Nothing is shared automatically.
No. Curitas helps you find the right provider, not the right diagnosis or treatment. We match on preference and logistics alignment only. Using Curitas does not create a doctor–patient relationship. For medical advice, talk to a provider — and we can help you find one.
You can request deletion any time from your dashboard. Your account is marked for deletion immediately and you have a 30-day grace period to change your mind. After 30 days, your patient data is permanently removed: intake responses, matches, and identifying details are wiped. Records sent to providers you chose to share with are retained as anonymized leads (your name and contact details are redacted to “[deleted]”) so providers don't end up with broken records.
Providers join Curitas by claiming an invited profile or signing up directly. During onboarding you describe your care philosophy, the kinds of patients you work best with, and the logistics of your practice. For each piece of information, you choose its visibility level: Public (shown in search), Match Only (shown only to patients you're matched with), or Internal (used for matching but never displayed). Patient shares arrive in your dashboard and via email — you mark each lead as Contacted or Closed as you work through them.
